The Story Of Stretch School
Stretch School of Life was established In 2017 by Lebo Pule initially as a Facebook Group where she shared ancient knowledge and wisdom on how best to live our lives. The teachings were informative, inspirational and empowering - stretching both the heart and mind. She helped hundreds of her then students in the Facebook Group and Page.
It naturally followed that she needed to formalize the teachings and create a school platform that would legitimize and give the work credibility. This meant creating a program that is well structured and based on credible information from over 200 books that Lebo Pule read since age 22.
The first program she created is a flagship, which consists of seven official subjects as well as a few bonus teachings.

The Stretch Flagship Program
The Stretch Program was developed over a period of four years - I have been teaching these subjects since 2017 to over 300 students who complete the program to date.
Over the years, I have added new subjects, removed others, trimmed and fine-tuned the work such that what you get is the most relevant, most healing and most transformational subjects.
Subjects covered in the Programme
- Universal Laws - You will understand how these laws impact your life daily.
- Archetypes - There are 4 survival archetypes we live with without even knowing. You will learn to recognize yours and how to transcend it.
- Shadow Work - We are all dual beings, we have the good and the not so good in all of us. Understanding and owning all of who we are is a huge part of our healing
- The Chakra System Part 1 - In part 1 I spend a lot of time unpacking how the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus impact the quality of our daily lives.
- The Chakra System Part 2 - With part 2 the focus is on the heart chakra, which I refer to as the bridge, throat, third eye and crown chakra
- Masculine Energy - We all men and women have this powerful energy in us. I unpack what this energy is and how to use it optimally in our lives
- Feminine Energy - Same as masculinity we all carry the energy of femininity in us.
